There are many ways to grow and heal.
Welcome to the M-Drive! Here you will find a variety of resources focused on connection, growth, healing, and exploration.
My aim is to connect you with resources that empower you. I often use books, videos, and other materials in my work to help clients deepen their exploration and understanding of themselves. I also offer recommendations for functional support, such as crisis, community, and advocacy resources. I enjoy sharing these resources with anyone who can benefit from them, so I am using this space to share them with y’all!
I will continue to add to the M-Drive as I come upon resources, and I welcome any suggestions or additions from others.
